To help people identify and become the best version of themselves. By bringing mindfulness and understanding to those in transition you will gain confidence in yourself and the choices you make.
Prior to my coaching career, I spent 30 years in the medical field, working with patients dealing with major life changes and physicians struggling to find a work/life balance. At the same time, I was also a fitness instructor, helping people look and feel better about their bodies, as well as, a wife and the mother of two active sons.
Though I was happy, both personally and professionally, there were times I was overwhelmed trying to achieve that “work/life” balance. It was hard to be the best wife, a great mom, and an exceptional employee, while trying to stay healthy, fit and fun.
It wasn’t until I went through an unexpected, life changing, event that I realized I was in a major transition and needed help. By having honest conversations and a lot of self-reflection, I was able to gain clarity and discover my purpose.
My purpose is to help people identify and become the best version of themselves. By bringing mindfulness and understanding to those in transition you become confident in yourself and the choices you make in your life.
If you’re feeling lost, stuck or uncertain, I can help you change your mind, to change your life.
You will live, grow and thrive in the life you truly desire.
